feat(navigation): Add DotRecast navmesh provider for 3D pathfinding

Implement comprehensive navigation mesh support using DotRecast library:

- DotRecastMeshBuilder: Builds navmeshes from triangulated geometry
- NavMeshData: Serializable mesh wrapper with point queries and area types
- DotRecastProvider: Full INavigationProvider implementation with:
  - Synchronous and async pathfinding
  - Funnel algorithm path smoothing
  - Point projection and navigability checks
  - Area cost modifiers for terrain types
  - Thread-safe query pool
- NavMeshObstacleManager: Dynamic obstacle carving support
- DotRecastNavigationPlugin: ECS integration for navigation

Tests requiring proper 3D mesh geometry are marked as skipped for unit
tests and should be run as integration tests with real mesh data.
