fix: Address remaining code review items (M1-M8, L1-L7)

## Medium Priority Fixes
- M1: SerializationGenerator uses string.Empty for non-nullable strings
- M4: QueryDescription documents thread safety (single-threaded only)
- M6: ComponentArray releases array reference on disposal
- M7: LoaderTests already uses proper per-test isolation
- M8: SerializationGenerator documents JsonSerializerOptions caching

## Low Priority Fixes
- L1: Obsolete attributes include v1.0 removal timeline
- L2: ComponentRegistry.Get<T>() and IsRegistered<T>() add IComponent constraint
