refactor!: consolidate test suite and replace validation script (#202)

Replace standalone validate-language.js with test-based validation and 
improve test suite organization.

Key changes:
- Delete validate-language.js (1,230 lines) - validation now in npm test
- Extract HebrewLanguage base class from SlavicLanguage
- Extract shared utilities to lib/utils/segment-utils.js
- Change Hungarian to extend AbstractLanguage (unique number system)
- Fix zero handling in GreedyScaleLanguage.integerToWords
- Eliminate redundant tests and consolidate smoke tests

New utilities (lib/utils/segment-utils.js):
- groupByThrees(): Western 3-digit grouping
- groupByThreeThenTwos(): Indian 3-2-2 grouping  
- placeValues(): Extract ones/tens/hundreds from segment
- slavicPlural(): Three-form pluralization

BREAKING CHANGE: npm run lang:validate no longer exists. Use npm test.
