ci: optimize pipeline structure and npm scripts (#195)

Optimize CI test pipeline by merging coverage into test matrix (Node 24) and
reorganizing npm scripts for better efficiency and clarity.

Changes:
- Merge coverage job into test matrix (saves ~16% CI time)
- Enable browser tests on main branch pushes
- Move type/build tests to verify job (static analysis runs once)
- Rename test/web/ → test/browsers/, test/integration/umd-build.test.js → test/umd/
- Rename npm scripts: browsers → browserslist, compat:web → compat:umd
- Split clean scripts: clean (build outputs) vs clean:artifacts (test artifacts)
- Add :run suffix pattern for atomic scripts without dependencies
- test:exports now uses build:types instead of full build (attw only needs .d.ts)
