refactor!: improve naming consistency and documentation accuracy (#194)

Standardize naming conventions and fix documentation across the codebase.

Changes:
- Standardize method/parameter names across base classes (integerPart, decimalPart)
- Unify terminology: 'segment' for number groups, 'tuples' for scaleWords elements, 'word-sets' for combineWordSets objects
- Consolidate per-scale gender handling in Slavic base class
- Add feminine forms for Czech and Polish converters
- Fix Persian leading space bug and use categorized word tables
- Standardize JSDoc to third-person verb tense
- Fix documentation accuracy issues

BREAKING CHANGE: Dutch option `noHundredPairs` renamed to `noHundredPairing`
