fix: ensure data sorted with latest date first and Time field shows most recent date

1. Fixed data sorting in getRelevantDataForStock to sort in descending order
   (latest date first) which is expected by validation functions

2. Added sorting check in validateLTP to ensure data is sorted before use

3. Fixed Time field to use latest date from full dataset (data.index[0]) instead
   of just recent.index[0], with improved date parsing fallbacks

4. Enhanced validate15MinutePriceVolumeBreakout to check for minimum 20 rows
   needed for SMA20 calculation and ensure proper sorting

This ensures:
- Time field shows the most recent trading date (Dec 31)
- Validation functions have access to properly sorted data
- X:12:9:2.5 scan can correctly evaluate price/volume conditions
