Add ColorPicker, DatePicker, and Dropdown named overload tests

Increases KeenEyes.UI coverage from 94.9% to 96.3%, exceeding 95% target.
Added 16 new tests covering:
- CreateDropdown with name and config
- CreateColorPicker basic, with config, and with name
- CreateDatePicker with various modes (Date, Time, DateTime)
- Time format variants (12-hour with AM/PM, 24-hour, with seconds)
