fix(ollama): upgrade to ai-sdk-ollama v3.0.0 with automatic JSON repair (#32)

* fix(ollama): upgrade to ai-sdk-ollama v3.0.0 with automatic JSON repair

- Update peerDependency to ai-sdk-ollama ^3.0.0 (from ^2.0.0)
- Configure reliableObjectGeneration with automatic JSON repair for Ollama
- Add vendor-connectors MCP server for Jules, Cursor, and other vendor APIs
- Update providers.ts to use new v3.0.0 configuration options

The ai-sdk-ollama v3.0.0 includes:
- Automatic JSON repair for malformed LLM outputs (14+ types)
- Auto-detection of structured outputs for generateObject
- Enhanced tool calling with guaranteed complete responses

This fixes the "No object generated: could not parse the response" error
when using Ollama with structured output generation.

* fix: address AI reviewer feedback on vendor-connectors env setup

- Move vendor-connectors env var logic outside `if (token)` block
- Respect programmatic overrides (julesApiKey, cursorApiKey, ollamaApiKey)
- Include pnpm-lock.yaml for CI frozen-lockfile

Addresses Gemini and Cursor Bugbot review feedback.

* chore: remove node-compile-cache from git and add to gitignore

* style: organize imports in spawn-reliability.test.ts

* docs: add architecture documentation to pass CI test
