Add comprehensive test suite for KeenEyes.Assets (181 tests)

Create KeenEyes.Assets.Tests project with tests for:
- AssetManager: Load/unload, async loading, caching
- AssetHandle: Reference counting, disposal, acquiring
- AssetRef: Path validation, resolution state
- LoaderRegistry: Loader registration, extension mapping
- StreamingManager: Background preloading, queue management
- CachePolicy: LRU eviction policy behavior
- HotReload: File watching and reload triggers
- AssetsPlugin: World integration and lifecycle
- Built-in assets: RawAsset, TextureAsset, MeshAsset
- AssetLoadException: Factory methods and properties

Test helpers include mock loaders (TestAssetLoader, SlowLoader,
FailingLoader) and TestAssetDirectory for temp file management.
