chore: upgrade marked to v17.0.1

Major version upgrade from 16.4.2 to 17.0.1.

Breaking changes in v17 (list tokenization and checkbox handling) do not
affect Bunki's markdown processing. All tests passing.

Changes in v17:
- Changed how consecutive text tokens work in lists
- Simplified listItem renderer
- Checkbox tokens now created in list tokenizer
- Checkbox tokens have type and raw properties
- Loose list text tokens converted to paragraph type
- Bug fixes for block elements in task items

All tests passing (287/287) and typecheck successful.
