docs: Mark parallelization features as complete in ROADMAP

Update Phase 17.1 Parallelization to reflect completed implementation:
- Parallel system execution (ParallelSystemScheduler)
- Job system integration (JobScheduler, IJob, IParallelJob, IBatchJob)
- Thread-safe command buffers (CommandBuffer integration)
- Parallel query iteration (ForEachParallel extensions)
- Dependency graph for safe parallelism (ParallelProfiler)

Closes #313 - Add Job System API to KeenEyes.Parallelism plugin
