test: Add comprehensive unit tests for KeenEyes.Debugging plugin

- Create KeenEyes.Debugging.Tests project with 82 tests
- ProfilerTests: 30 tests covering profiling, timing, min/max tracking
- GCTrackerTests: 31 tests for GC allocation tracking and reports
- EntityInspectorTests: 10 tests for entity inspection and hierarchy
- MemoryTrackerTests: 7 tests for memory statistics and reports
- DebugPluginTests: 4 tests for plugin lifecycle and integration

Fix plugin code to meet coding standards:
- Add KeenEyes.Core project reference for World type
- Cast IWorld to concrete World for AddSystemHook access
- Add braces to if statements per IDE0011
- Update collection initialization to use [] syntax

All 82 tests passing with comprehensive coverage.
