feat: Add aggressive inlining to QueryEnumerator hot path methods

Added [MethodImpl(MethodImplOptions.AggressiveInlining)] to MoveNext()
and Current property for all 4 generic QueryEnumerator variants. These
are hot path methods called during query iteration.

Also added 8 comprehensive tests covering:
- Multiple entity iteration
- Current behavior before/after enumeration
- Multiple archetype iteration
- All 4 generic QueryEnumerator variants

Fixes #232
