fix: Make EntityPool_ConcurrentIsValid_ConsistentResults test more robust

The test was experiencing timing issues where the release happened too
quickly for threads to observe the state change. Updated to use explicit
synchronization with a flag to ensure threads check validity both before
and after the release occurs.
