Adjust UWSGI config to follow best practices (#3592)

http -> http-socket, this removes a process that routed http to the
difference uwsgi workers. We don't need said process as we use nginx in
front.

die-on-term, this fixes a weird behavior where UWSGI, before 2.1, would
not die on SIGTERM but instead forcefully reload its config (wat), this
hopefully will help k8s when it tries to down pods and it might be the
reason why we're getting spurious 5xxs (one can hope)
