Streamline project with utils package extraction and comment updates

- Move utils.go to internal/utils/utils.go
- Update English comments in gorm_cls_gen.go, once_cls_gen.go, options.go
- Add NamingConfig struct comments and GenOutput field comments
- Rename demo1 to demo1x and demo2 to demo2x
- Remove outdated internal/docs/README_OLD_DOC.*.md files
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Update README.md and README.zh.md documentation
- Update release.yml Go version matrix to 1.24.x-1.25.x
- Move utils_test.go to internal/utils/utils_test.go
