Add source file existence check with panic on missing target

- Add panicSourceFileNotExist function to validate source files exist
- Show command suggestion when file is missing
- Rename demo2 models from User/Order to Account/Purchase
- Add executed SQL comments to demo1 and demo2 main.go
- Add English/Chinese comments
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Update Go badge to 1.22+ and fix Coveralls branch to main
- Add GitHub Actions workflow with Go 1.22-1.25+ matrix
- Add Makefile and LICENSE
