:sparkles: Add dual URL support for backwards compatibility

Rework PR #10 to support both old and new API endpoints, following
the pattern from the JS library (edilkamin.js).

Changes:
- Add OLD_API_URL and NEW_API_URL constants (default to new API)
- Update sign_in() to use id_token (new) or access_token (legacy)
- Add use_legacy_api parameter to all API functions
- Add --legacy CLI flag and EDILKAMIN_USE_LEGACY_API env var
- Show deprecation warning when using legacy API
- Update tests to use constants and test both API modes

The new API (https://the-mind-api.edilkamin.com/) is now the default.
Users can fall back to the legacy AWS Gateway API using --legacy flag
or EDILKAMIN_USE_LEGACY_API=1 environment variable.
