:recycle: Refactor CLI to reduce code duplication

Extract common patterns into reusable helpers:
- cli_error() for standardized error output
- get_credentials() for credential validation
- authenticate() for sign-in with error handling
- create_auth_parser() using argparse parent pattern

Reduces file from 286 to 237 lines while maintaining
97% test coverage and identical CLI behavior.
