Improve KV machinetype setting (#3909)

The KubeVirt machine-type configurations are only controlled of
environment variables. The current implementation keep re-compute the
value of the `ArchitectureConfiguration` field, while it can't actually
be changed on runtime.

This PR changes this implementation to only compute this value ones, and
reuse it.
