Add documentation, benchmarks, and samples for messaging and plugins

Epic 93 review: All acceptance criteria for Phase 7 (Inter-System Messaging)
are implemented and tested. This commit adds missing documentation, benchmarks,
and samples for both messaging and plugin features.

Additions:
- docs/messaging.md: Comprehensive guide for inter-system messaging
- docs/plugins.md: Complete plugin system documentation
- MessageBenchmarks.cs: Performance benchmarks for Send/Subscribe/Queue
- PluginBenchmarks.cs: Performance benchmarks for plugin lifecycle
- KeenEyes.Sample.Messaging: Sample project demonstrating messaging patterns
  - Multiple systems communicating via messages
  - Message queuing and deferred delivery
  - HasMessageSubscribers optimization pattern

Updates:
- docs/index.md: Added messaging and plugins to guides list
- docs/systems.md: Added messaging section to inter-system communication
- api/index.md: Added messaging and plugins quick reference sections
