Fix user removal functionality broken after merging the permissions
refactor

Import monkey_patching in `KpiConfig` class in order to fix the user
removal functionality

### 👀 Preview steps
1. ℹ️ have an account to delete
2. Select the account and select the remove action (not delete)
3. Go to Users trash admin screen
4. Select the user you just deleted and execute the empty trash action
5. 🟢 The user should no longer appear in the Users trash admin screen,
no error should be seen in the logs or in the user trash item error
