Refactor vMCP e2e tests to extract common helpers (#2839)

Extract duplicated test setup code into reusable helper functions:
- VMCPServiceName: returns the K8s service name for a VirtualMCPServer
- CreateMCPGroupAndWait: creates MCPGroup and waits for Ready phase
- CreateMCPServerAndWait: creates MCPServer and waits for Running phase
- GetVMCPNodePort: waits for NodePort assignment and returns it

This reduces code duplication across the three new test files and
improves maintainability.
