Updates:
- Fixed glossary API references (migrateTo/downTo → up/down methods)
- Removed automated migration script from v0.3-to-v0.4 guide
- Standardized migration guide titles with arrow pattern (v0.3.x → v0.4.0)
- Shortened "IDatabaseMigrationHandler" sidemenu title to "Database Handler"
- Updated migration guide link text across all references
