#72: Add execution summary logging feature

- Added ExecutionSummaryLogger service and ExecutionSummaryHook
- Support for JSON, TEXT, and BOTH output formats
- File rotation with configurable maxFiles setting
- Auto-integrates when config.logging.enabled = true
- Combines with user hooks via CompositeHooks
- Refactored MigrationScriptExecutor hook setup to array-based approach
- Fixed FileLogger test isolation issue
