#73: Add dry run mode for safe migration preview

Implemented dry run mode to preview migrations without executing them.

Changes:
- Added dryRun flag to Config model (default: false)
- Updated MigrationScriptExecutor to skip execution, backup, and database writes in dry run
- Added output messages showing "Would execute" and "Would ignore" counts
- Added 17 integration tests in DryRunMode.test.ts
