#64: Reorganize documentation navigation structure

- Split "Guides" into "User Guides" and "Customization" sections
- Created "Customization" parent consolidating Loggers, Render Strategies, and Validation
- Renamed "Migration Guides" to "Version Migration"
- Reorganized home page into 4 categories (Getting Started, Reference, Advanced, Project)
- Reduced top-level sections from 10 to 8
- Implemented 3-level hierarchy for better organization
- Updated all nav_order values and fixed internal links

Result: Cleaner navigation with related content properly grouped.
