#64: Review and improve documentation structure for v0.3.0 release

Major documentation reorganization for better navigation and usability:

- Split API Reference from 1315 lines into 6 focused sections (core-classes, interfaces, models, services, types)
- Created comprehensive Development section with proper navigation hierarchy
  - Added Development Setup guide (environment, tools, IDE configuration)
  - Added Development Workflow guide (3-step pattern, testing, PRs)
  - Added Publishing guide (release process, version management)
  - Moved and enhanced Testing section with overview and quick reference
  - Split Architecture into 5 focused pages (components, data-flow, lifecycle, design-patterns, best-practices)
  - Moved Contributing guide into Development section
- Updated navigation structure (nav_order) for logical flow across all docs
- Fixed all internal links to reflect new structure (architecture, testing paths)
- Result: No page over 500 lines, well-organized with parent/child relationships

Documentation is now release-ready with professional structure optimized for both users and contributors.
