feat(platform): add animation complete callback for non-looping sprites

Add setAnimationCompleteCallback method to RenderingLayer interface,
allowing game code to be notified when a non-looping animation finishes.
The callback receives the NodeId to identify which animation completed.

- Add callback storage and PIXI.AnimatedSprite.onComplete wiring in PixiRenderingLayer
- Add fluent convenience method to DisplayNode
- Add no-op stub in MemoryRenderingLayer and MockRenderingLayer
- Clean up callbacks on node destruction
