feat(platform): add getRotation and getScale to DisplayNode

Expose transform getters through the RenderingLayer interface and
DisplayNode wrapper. Both PixiRenderingLayer and MemoryRenderingLayer
already had these implementations - this change adds them to the
interface for public access.
