fix(rendering): use atomic counters for texture/spritesheet IDs

Replace map.size + 1 with atomic counter increments for texture and
spritesheet ID generation in PixiRenderingLayer. The previous approach
caused ID collisions when loading multiple assets in parallel via
Promise.all(), as all concurrent calls would read the same map size
before any awaits completed.

Add comprehensive tests for parallel loading scenarios to prevent
regression.
