[tests] Possibly fix flaky test by flushing stdout before exit

The test_cexercise_rename_5_name_collision test was intermittently
failing in CI with missing -exit and end-of-options lines in output.

Root cause: server_driver.py calls sys.exit(0) immediately after
printing these commands, without flushing stdout. This creates a
race condition where Python's stdout buffer may not be flushed
before process termination.

Fix by explicitly calling sys.stdout.flush() before sys.exit(0).
