  - Add firebird-common and integrate into CSS pipeline
  - Reword registration landing pages with new text
  - Re-style registration landing pages with more obviously HT branding
* Ease of use transition from email field to menu in fake login form
* [a11y] Fix text contrast issue with bg-warning badge in user presenter
* Fix bugs in ht_user expiration date widgets not syncing "expiring soon" appearance with current state.
