Implement ArrayView::blit_to and fix deprecation warnings

- Add ArrayView::blit_to function to copy view contents to an array
- Auto-grows destination array if needed
- Update Array::append to use ArrayView parameter
- Convert all Array::blit_to test cases to use ArrayView::blit_to
- Fix all deprecation warnings in array_block.mbt tests
