### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* One of the conditions in `atmos.cooling_degree_days_approximation` had
the wrong computation and has been fixed: `(tasmax - tasmin)/4` is
replaced by `(tasmax - thresh)/4`

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

Yes, values of `cdda` can be changed, but they were not right before.

### Other information:
`hdd` looks fine, it was just `cdd`
