fix(formLanding): clone form version button DEV-1254 (#6459)

### 📣 Summary

Fixes unresponsive "Clone this version as a new project" button from
Project → Form tab.

### 💭 Notes

Bring back wrongly removed `onClick`.

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ have an account and a project with multiple deployed versions
2. Go to Project → Form
3. Open "SHOW FULL HISTORY"
4. For one of the versions click the right side clone icon button
5. 🔴 [on main] notice that nothing happens
6. 🟢 [on PR] notice that a clone modal shows up allowing to clone the
form as new project
