refactor: improve GameCanvas renderer management and lifecycle

- Replace abstract initializeGameLayers() with setupRenderers() for clarity
- Add renderer registration system to GameCanvas for state management
- Implement proper renderer state management with game state changes
- Remove BaseRenderer interface in favor of direct AbstractRenderer usage
- Add ticker speed management for replay functionality in demo
- Improve memory cleanup in GameCanvas destroy method
- Add comprehensive test coverage for renderer state management
- Fix timing issues in demo replay functionality
