Patch delivery report for Tomte and RNAFusion (#4695) (patch)

## Description

Patch the issue with the value ribosomal_bases in the delivery report for Tomte and RNAFusion. The value was already given in percentage.

Closes: #4691

### Added

- Test for qc metrics.

### Fixed

- Number for ribosomal_bases in the delivery report.
