Add recursive workspace support to bump commands

- Add recursive subcommand to bump direct and bump everyone
- Implement SyncDependenciesRecursive method with workspace module scanning
- Integrate workspath.GetModulePaths to find and process modules in isolation
- Add comprehensive English/Chinese comments to new code
- Update cmd/depbump/main.go with recursive command examples
- Fix badge link in README.md and README.zh.md to use go.dev
- Add recursive command usage examples to both README files
- Update dependencies in go.mod and go.sum
