Upgrade to Go 1.25 and adapt to go-work v0.0.12 API changes

- Upgrade go.mod from Go 1.22.8 to Go 1.25.0
- Adapt GetProjectPath API to handle PathInfo struct in cmd/depbump/main.go
- Update go-work from v0.0.11 to v0.0.12
- Update erero from v1.0.23 to v1.0.24
- Update syntaxgo from v0.0.53 to v0.0.54
- Update golang.org/x/mod from v0.23.0 to v0.29.0
- Add golang.org/x/sync v0.17.0
- Update README badges to show Go 1.25+ support
- Reduce CI test matrix to Go 1.25.x and stable versions
