api: removed deprecated methods

Removed `box.session.push()` usage:

* `push_func()` function in `config.lua`;
* `Future.AppendPush()`, `Future.GetIterator()` methods;
* `ResponseIterator` and `TimeoutResponseIterator` types;
* `pushes[]` field in `Future` and related methods.
