refactor: validate network parameter in explorer handler and update tests

- Enhanced the explorer handler to validate the network parameter, ensuring only valid Network enum values (ETHEREUM or MATIC) are accepted.
- Updated integration tests to reflect changes in network handling, replacing instances of 'polygon' with 'MATIC' and ensuring consistency in test descriptions and expectations.
