Stop Git on CI build machines from changing line endings on checkout, because it causes tests to fail when strings are modified from what I checked in. How am I supposed to split on "\r\n" when it gets checked out on Linux, where the same test will fail for the opposite reason because the line endings are "\n" there? Just use "\n" everywhere, since no one uses notepad.exe anymore and literally every text editor on every operating system handles \n perfectly.
