Added CI build, test reporting, and coverage reporting. Added more unit tests for requests, auth filter, and auth clients. Replaced arguments that took union types with overloads for each type so that passing an entire Enumerable<string> as a variable instead of a literal works, and you don't have to make each item in the literal a union instance. Extracted parameters for InoreaderClient constructor to options class, and added label feed cache duration option.
