refactor: improve logging and protocol binding

Add logging for significant operations to enhance observability,
including the SyncService protocol version, and refine the WebSocket
binding to bind to all IP addresses instead of localhost. These
changes were made to aid in debugging and provide better diagnostic
information during execution while ensuring the chat server is
accessible from any network interface. Additionally, the handling of
the `VersionKey` class was moved to a separate file to improve code
organization and maintainability.
