* Revert "refactor: Add T constraint to useLocalStorage (#34)"

This reverts commit 0e1c576d3.

* test: Use undefined for empty values in tests

This commit updates `useLocalStorage` tests to expect `undefined`
when no value is found in `localStorage`, aligning with the
hook's intended behavior when it cannot load a stored item.

It also simplifies the test data structure, removing unnecessary
object wrappers to focus on basic string storage.
