chore: regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml with pnpm 10.20.0

Fix GitHub Actions CI failure by regenerating lockfile with pnpm 10.x
(compatible with GitHub Actions workflow using pnpm latest).

Previous lockfile was generated with pnpm 8.15.8 which is not compatible
with the lockfile format used by pnpm 10.x.
