Improve iBFT configuration (#2842)

The previous pull request #2678 improved the management of iBFT devices.

But we found it was still not perfect.

On the one hand, the call to `udevadm` that was introduced in order to
wait for the devices to appear was actually almost useless (udev is not
aware of the iSCSI operations in progress).

On the other hand, the current iBFT initialization contained some
conceptual errors that needed to be fixed at yast2-iscsi-client (in
fact, YaST was also affected for years). See
[bsc#1247711](https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1247711) for
details.

This new pull request updates the dependency to make sure the fixed
yast2-iscsi-client is used and remove the call to `udevadm` because is
redundant to that fix.
