feat: Extract MenuItem component and add disabled state to buttons

- Create menu-item.render.ts with buildMenuItemHTML() function
- Create menu-item.ts template function
- Replace 4 hardcoded menu buttons (44 lines) with menuItem() calls
  - Reduces code duplication in popup-template.ts
  - Single source of truth for menu item styling

- Add disabled state to solidButton component:
  - Add disabled parameter to SolidButtonOptions interface
  - Update styling: lighter colors, cursor-not-allowed, opacity-60
  - Add disabled HTML attribute when disabled=true

- Create MenuItem.stories.ts with 6 story variants:
  - Default and delete variants
  - With and without title attributes
  - Long label variant

- Add disabled state stories to Buttons.stories.ts:
  - PrimaryDisabled
  - SecondaryDisabled
  - PrimaryDisabledWithIcon

All 388 tests passing. No breaking changes.
