feat: Add button stories and reorganize Storybook structure

- Create Buttons.stories.ts with Solid Button variants (8 stories):
  - Primary/Secondary buttons with text and icons
  - Small and medium sizes
  - With action and submit type variants

- Create GhostButton.stories.ts with Ghost Button variants (4 stories):
  - Default and delete variants
  - Rectangular and circular shapes

- Reorganize all stories under consistent hierarchy:
  - ChHeader/Components/Solid Button
  - ChHeader/Components/Ghost Button
  - ChHeader/Components/Header Row
  - ChHeader/Components/Section Header
  - ChHeader/Layouts/Full Layout
  - ChHeader/Sidebar
  - ChHeader/ColorPicker

- Improve Meta type usage across all story files:
  - Use proper Meta<T> generics for type safety
  - Consistent pattern across all story files

All stories use autodocs tags for automatic documentation generation.
